Paul B. Harding ✧ * † ***

Paul B. HardingPaul Harding is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego, where he majored in English and Public Justice. Since childhood, Paul knew he wanted to help others and knew that becoming an attorney was the ideal means to achieve this end. Born and raised in the Capital Region, Paul decided to attend law school locally. In 1989, he graduated from Albany Law School of Union University and shortly thereafter was admitted to practice law in New York State and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is also admitted to practice law in Washington D.C. and New Hampshire. Presently, he is the managing partner of Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP.

In 2006, Paul was appointed to serve on New York State’s Commission on Judicial Conduct by the State’s Assembly Minority Leader. As a commission member, he is 1 of 11 members throughout New York State who reviews written complaints of misconduct against judges. The Commission is the governing body that decides whether disciplinary actions are warranted and is responsible for the imposition of sanctions for judicial misconduct.

Paul is on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, an organization comprised of over 4500 members. He also continues to remain an active member of the New York State Bar Association and Albany County Bar Association.

In 2002, Paul was appointed to serve on the Marketing Client Services Committee for the American Association for Justice (AAJ). AAJ is a nationally renowned organization, which focuses on creating a fair and effective court system for injured persons.

The Legal Project is another organization in which Paul has taken an active role. The Legal Project is a private, non-profit organization, which provides a variety of free and low cost legal services to the working poor, victims of domestic violence and other underserved individuals in the Capital Region.

On July 22, 2009 Paul was elected to Schenectady, New York’s Proctors Theater, Board of Directors.

Paul chaired the Marketing & Client Services Committee meeting at the annual American Association for Justice Convention in San Francisco. The convention was held July 25th through the 29th, 2009 in San Francisco.

Paul is married with two children. He enjoys spending time with his family and being a dedicated father.

Victor L. Mazzotti ✧ *

attorney-Mazzotti-victorVictor Mazzotti, a founding partner of Martin, Harding and Mazzotti LLP, is in charge of the firm’s Litigation Department. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Siena College in 1979, and Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 1982.

Victor is actively involved with the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York serving as board member for the Justice for All campaign. He also serves as a Board Member of the Upstate New York Chapter of the Italian American Bar Association. He also is a member of the Schenectady County Community College Foundation Board.

To further protect the rights of injured persons, Victor serves on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern NY. He is also the past President of the Capital District New York State Trial Lawyers Association affiliate. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, New York State Bar Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers’ Association, Public Justice Foundation and Albany County Bar Association. He has participated as a speaker for many continuing legal education programs focused on the field of personal injury litigation.

Rosemarie Riddell Bogdan ✧ *

attorney-Bogdan-Rosemarie-RiddellAfter growing up in Brockport, New York, Rosemarie Riddell Bogdan went to Cornell University. She enrolled as a science major taking the required pre-med course work. “I planned to work in the medical field, but I changed my mind and decided to attend law school,” she says. “I have always wanted to work for people and help them, which is why I think I have interests in both law and medicine. I consider myself lucky because I get to practice law and also learn about medicine here at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP.”

Rosemarie graduated from Cornell in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree. “I was fortunate enough to complete my bachelor’s degree course work in three years, and decided to continue my education by obtaining a law degree before entering the work force.”

Rosemarie graduated from Albany Law School in 1992. While in law school, Rosemarie developed a passion for trial work through the Moot Court program. She represented the school in national competitions winning a Best Oral Advocate award. In 1993, Rosemarie joined the law firm of Roemer & Featherstonhaugh, as an associate in the litigation department. When Victor Mazzotti left Roemer & Featherstonhaugh in 1994 to form the new firm of Martin, Harding, & Mazzotti, LLP ®, he invited Rosemarie to join the firm as a litigation associate. In 2000, Rosemarie became a partner of the firm.

Rosemarie is asked to speak frequently at Continuing Legal Education seminars on subjects such as the New York State Scaffold Law and various aspects of personal injury litigation. Rosemarie is the past President of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association (CDTLA), a not-for-profit corporation with the primary purpose to encourage frequent consultation among its members to promote the profession and to seek to alleviate difficulties that the members may encounter in the course of their practice.

Since her son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, Rosemarie has been actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), the leading private funder of Type 1 diabetes research. She previously served as a Board Member of the Northeastern New York Chapter of JDRF. Through her volunteer work with JDRF, Rosemarie helps increase awareness regarding Type 1 diabetes and provides support to families with children who are diagnosed with the disease. She is also member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, The New York State Bar Association and Albany County Bar Association.

Rosemarie is married to Edward A. Bogdan III and has two boys. She is an avid sports fan and skier.

attorney-Daniel-P-dagostinoDaniel “Dan” Dagostino graduated in 1997 from the State University of New York at Albany with a degree in History. Following graduation he worked at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP as a legal assistant under the supervision of Paul Harding.

According to Dan, his first position with Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP allowed him to obtain firsthand experience as to the emotional, physical and financial hardships injured persons endure as a result of an unexpected incident and the positive impact of Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP during and after the legal matter concluded.

After working for approximately one year at the firm, Dan decided he wanted to become a lawyer and attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Upon graduating, he remained in Los Angeles and became admitted to practice in California. In Los Angeles, Dan litigated personal injury matters on behalf of injured persons as well as insurance carriers.

In 2006, a position opened in the Case Management Unit of Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP and Dan anxiously returned to New York to join the team. “Upon returning to Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, I was glad to see that they had surpassed the level of legal and personal service of any firm which I had ever been employed.”

Since returning to Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, Dan has also become admitted to practice law in New York, Washington D.C. and Massachusetts. Currently, Dan remains as an attorney in the Case Management Unit whereby he is able to interact with clients throughout and after the conclusion of their legal matters. In addition, Dan has become the supervisor of our Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability Departments.

Dan is also very active in the community. Dan is a board member of the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG). This is a national organization dedicated to representing the interests of millions of workers and their families who suffer the consequences of work related injuries. Also, Dan is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and BNI (Latham Branch). BNI is the largest networking organization in the world.

Dan is also active in local sports. Since 2007, Dan has coached in the Tartan Youth Basketball Program.

Charles HeranCharles “Chuck” Heran joined Martin, Harding and Mazzotti, LLP in 2002 and brought with him a wealth of litigation experience.

After graduating from Boston College in 1977 with a B.S. degree in Biology, Chuck attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Upon completion of law school and passing the Michigan Bar in 1981, he began clerking for a district judge.

In 1982, Chuck joined the District Attorney’s Office in Flint, Michigan where he became one of the felony trial attorneys. In two and a half years, he had over 30 felony convictions, including several murder and manslaughter convictions.

In 1985, Chuck relocated to Albany with his son and wife Jeanne. For the next 16 years, he was engaged in personal injury defense work for the Hartford, Travelers and St. Paul Insurance Companies.

After having been adversaries many times over the years, Victor Mazzotti approached Chuck about joining the firm. Chuck gladly says, “It was the best career decision I have ever made.”

Over the years, Chuck has been active coaching soccer, basketball and T-ball at St. Pius School and in West Albany. He was involved with the Boy Scouts and is a former member of the LaSalle and Holy Names booster clubs.

David Pollack

David Pollock graduated from Vassar College, attended graduate school at Cornell University and received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University in 1985. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, the Vermont State Bar, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Dave is a member of the New York Bar Association, the Vermont Bar Association, and the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association. He was a partner at a prominent insurance defense firm before beginning his career in personal injury litigation.

Over the last 20 years, Dave has litigated cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, construction accidents, motorcycle accidents, negligent prescription of drugs, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injuries.

Karen ArndtKaren Arndt is a native of the Hudson Valley and a graduate of The College of Saint Rose and Albany Law School. Karen has represented injured and disabled individuals in the Capital District before the NYS Workers’ Compensation Board and Social Security Administration for more than 25 years. Karen joined Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP’s Social Security Disability Unit in 2012. She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives, the Albany County Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the New York Injured Workers’ Bar Association and the Capital District Women’s Bar Association.

Karen resides in Guilderland, NY with her husband and 2 daughters.

Joseph W. Buttridge ✧

Buttridge_J-webJoseph “Joe” Buttridge comes to Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP after almost 18 years with The Hartford Insurance Company, the last nine of those as Managing Attorney of the staff legal office handling Workers’ Compensation matters for all of New York State. Joe practiced at a private firm for 3 years out of law school and has experience litigating automobile, premises liability, products liability and malpractice matters as well as Workers’ Compensation claims.

Joe is a 1990 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BA in Economics and a 1993 graduate of Albany Law School. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1994 along with an admission to the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State and Injured Workers’ Bar Associations.

Joe was born in Schenectady, New York. After spending time in Saratoga Springs; Jacksonville, Illinois and Hampton, NH he settled “at home” after graduating from law school. He currently resides in Guilderland, NY with his wife and two sons. Joe is involved with Little League, Cub Scouts and the boys’ music endeavors and enjoys golf and camping.

Angela ArnoldAngela Arnold grew up in a small town in the Hudson Valley. She graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. She went on to attend Albany Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2010. She was admitted to practice law in New York State in 2011.

Angela began practicing in the field of Workers’ Compensation in 2011, working for the Special Funds Conservation Committee. Angela was very excited to join Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP and to have the opportunity to represent injured workers.

Angela is a member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, Capital District Women’s Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association.

Jessica Ansert KlamiJessica Ansert Klami was born and raised in New Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia, in the town of Maple Shade. She graduated from Rutgers University in 2005, achieving High Honors with a degree in Journalism and Political Science.

Before entering law school Jessica took a year off to volunteer as an advocate for domestic violence victims and work for Hyacinth AIDS Foundation coordinating New Jersey’s efforts to support AIDS Walk NY, one of the largest fundraising walks in the Country.

In 2006, Jessica moved to Albany and started law school at Albany Law. While a student at Albany Law she remained committed to her community. Jessica served as President of the Albany Law School Pro Bono society from September 2007 until her graduation, and also participated in the Albany Law School Family Violence Litigation Clinic where she was admitted under a student practice order and represented victims of domestic violence in family court.

Jessica also maintained high academic honors graduating Cum Laude and becoming a member of the Albany Government Law Review.

During her final year of law school Jessica joined Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP as a legal intern providing legal support to the litigation department. While working as a legal intern, Jessica realized the importance of legal representation for accident victims and discovered a true passion for personal injury litigation.

Brian Benna ✧


Brian BennaBrian Benna was raised in the Capital Region, and graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in 1997. After high school, he attended Goucher College in Baltimore, MD, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2001. Brian subsequently graduated from Albany Law School in 2004 with a Juris Doctorate. After working in state government and business to business sales for four years, he was admitted to practice law in New York in 2008.

Brian has been specialized in Workers’ Compensation since 2008, solely representing injured workers. “I find my work extremely rewarding, since I get to protect the rights of people who are displaced from their jobs or require necessary medical treatment. Often times, the workers’ compensation process attempts to limit benefits for injured workers, when limitations are inappropriate. Robert S. Bruschini ✧

attorney-Bruschini-Robert2Robert “Bob” Bruschini was a cum laude graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh in 1989. After a year with IBM in Dutchess County, he entered Albany Law School and graduated in 1993.

His law career began with a general practice firm in Troy, New York, where he realized that litigation was his calling. In 1996, he took a job as Associate Attorney with the Albany staff counsel office of Travelers Insurance.

When, in 2008, he received a call from Victor Mazzotti to join the firm, the opportunity to work for the firm against whom he had worked so many times was simply too great to pass.

Over the past 18 years, Bob has litigated hundreds of cases involving diverse areas of New York law, including, Labor Law, Premises Liability, Product and Automobile Liability. He has tried cases in many counties throughout New York State.

Bob is a member of the Capital District Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, Vermont as well as the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts in New York.

Craig A. Cushing ✧ *

Craig CushingCraig Cushing was born in Schenectady and grew up in Scotia-Glenville, where his parents and many of his friends still reside. He is a graduate of Binghamton University and of Albany Law School, having obtained his Juris Doctor in 2004.

While attending law school, Craig won the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition, and was selected to represent the law school in an interscholastic advocacy competition in North Carolina. Craig was also picked to work in the Litigation Clinic at Albany Law School, where he successfully represented several members of the community who had been denied unemployment benefits.

Craig was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 2005 and to the United States District Court of New York in June 2007. He was also admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2011.

Craig has been with Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP since he was in law school, working first as a legal intern and then as a full time attorney.

While working for the firm, Craig has handled a variety of personal injury cases from start to finish, obtaining excellent results for his clients. He has tried cases to verdict in both State and Federal Court, but also understands that sometimes the best result for a client can be obtained outside of the courtroom.

Craig is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and the Albany County Bar Association. He also volunteers his time to provide free legal services in Family Court and to persons alleging violations of their civil rights.

Charles F. Farcher V ✧

Charles “Chas” FarcherCharles “Chas” Farcher is a graduate of the College of Saint Rose, where he was enrolled in an accelerated law program which allowed him to complete his undergraduate degree a year early. He received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2007, was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2008, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 2010 and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York in 2013.

Chas began his legal career with the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division’s Third Department, where he drafted decisions for the Appellate Court and clerked in chambers with the Honorable Karen K. Peters. Chas subsequently left the Appellate Division for a position with the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct, where he litigated cases against members of the judiciary who were charged with ethical violations.

When a position at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP became available, Chas eagerly joined the firm, stating that “after working for the state for several years, it feels great to have actual clients, people who I can connect with, relate to and try to help work through their injuries and legal problems.”

Chas enjoys snowboarding in the winter and plays rugby with the Albany Law School Alumni rugby team during the warmer weather.

Peter Hickey ✧

Peter Hickey was born and raised in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. He received his Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, in 1987 from the University of Maryland, where he was also elected a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He is a 1990 cum laude graduate of Albany Law School.

Peter was admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York in 1991. He was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont in 2005.

Prior to joining the team at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, Peter was the civil litigation partner at a local firm where he concentrated his practice in personal injury litigation, matrimonial and family law. Over the past 23 years, he has litigated hundreds of cases involving diverse areas of New York State law, including, Labor Law, automobile, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Peter has extensive trial experience in both State and Federal Courts.

When offered the opportunity to join the litigation department at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, Peter was eager to join such a reputable team.

Mr. Hickey resides in southern Saratoga County with his wife and three sons. He is active in Halfmoon Youth Baseball where he volunteers as a coach and also sits on its Board of Directors.

Jesse Hirst ✧

Jesse HirstJesse Hirst was born in Allentown, PA, but has spent most of his life in AZ. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in English. While in college, Jesse participated in the “Pride of Arizona” marching band and played club lacrosse.

Jesse received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2013, with a concentration in Family and Elder law. While in law school, he completed over one hundred pro bono hours, working with attorneys in eviction proceedings, pro se divorce cases, and participating in senior citizen law day. He also represented individuals through the school’s Health Law Clinic in family law proceedings, estate planning, and social security disability matters. Jesse was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2014.

Jesse’s interest in workers’ compensation and health law was formed while interning at an insurance company and working with medical records. He looks forward to growing into this specialized field, and ensuring that injured workers have the opportunity to receive the benefits they deserve.

Dan was born in Albany and grew up in Guilderland. He attended Marist College and Albany Law School, having obtained his Juris Doctor in 2013. While there, Dan was selected to work in the Health Law Clinic of Albany Law School, where he focused on estate planning, health insurance issues, and representing individuals at social security disability hearings.

After graduating law school, Dan worked at a small law firm, engaging in general practice. Dan jumped at the opportunity to join Martin, Harding, and Mazzotti, LLP. He is excited to be able to help members of the community understand their rights and work with them to obtain justice and peace of mind.

Each year, Dan devotes time to helping veterans of the United States Military obtain free legal services during the Veterans Pro Bono event at Albany Law School. He has been involved in this program since starting law school and plans to continue offering advice and counsel to our veterans for years to come.

Dan currently plays rugby in the Capital region and enjoys attending various community events that are offered in the City of Albany.


Maryanne E. Low-Haviland ✧

Maryanne Low-HavilandMaryanne Low-Haviland grew up in Cooperstown, New York. She graduated from Hamilton College in 1988, where she majored in Government and minored in English Literature. She went directly from Hamilton to Albany Law School , graduating in 1991. While Maryanne will always consider Cooperstown in some way to be her “home”, she also found the Capital Region to be a wonderful place to live and, ultimately, decided to remain in the Albany area following law school graduation. Having participated extensively as a successful participant and coach in the Moot Court Program at Albany Law School, Maryanne enjoyed litigation and focused in this area almost immediately upon graduation. She has successfully tried personal injury, discrimination and matrimonial cases over the years on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.

When Maryanne was offered a position as an attorney in the case management unit at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, she welcomed the opportunity to combine her litigation and negotiation skills with her desire to have direct client contact and to help clients through difficult periods in their lives. Maryanne is a member of the New York State and Federal Bar Associations.

Maryanne is very involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, whose mission is to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. She lives in Guilderland with her Husband, Charles R. Ronald OrlandoOriginally from Long Island and a resident of the Capital District since 1984, Ronald “Ron” Orlando received his Juris Doctor from St. Johns’ University School of Law in 1982 and his Bachelor of Science degree from New York Institute of Technology, summa cum laude, in 1979.

He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1983, to the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York in 1989 and to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1992.

Rachael Phelan ✧

Rachael Phelan was born and raised in Clifton Park, New York. She graduated from the State University of New York College at Geneseo in 2004 with a degree in English and Communication. She went on to work in the magazine and textbook publishing industry in both London and New York City.

Rachael attended the University at Buffalo Law School, graduating in 2009. She was admitted to practice law in New York State in 2010 and has practiced in the area of Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation Law, representing injured workers.

Rachael has continued her work in the area of Social Security Law with Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, representing disabled clients before the Social Security Administration.

Gina M. Spadaro ✧ ***

Ms. Spadaro received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Siena College in 1998 and a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University in 2001. While at Albany Law School, Gina was appointed to the Order of Barristers, a national honorary organization for those demonstrating superior advocacy and legal writing skills. She also served as a coach for the National Moot Court Appellate Competition; a quarterfinalist for the National Health Law Moot Court Competition; and a semifinalist for the National Trial Team Competition.

After graduation, Gina’s love of the law and desire to help others led her to a career in the field of Workers’ Compensation Law. She began her career by litigating workers’ compensation claims, working on behalf of individuals and insurance companies. Ever the consummate people person, her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others soon led her to Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP where she uses the full scope of her legal training, and desire to see justice served, to protect the rights of injured workers.

She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Injured Worker’s Bar Association, and the Capital District Trial Lawyer’s Association (CDTLA). These organizations provide Gina with a continuum of legal knowledge and resources which she uses in her daily practice.

Maureen N. Tighe ✧

attorney-Tighe-MaureenMaureen was raised in Geneva, New York. At the end of her junior year in high school, she enrolled in the early admissions program at a nearby community college. After graduation, she took a seven-year hiatus to begin a family. In 1983, the untimely death of a childhood friend inspired her to return to college. “What was planned to be a two-year commitment turned into a seven-year adventure. I enrolled in an Introduction to Law course and was hooked. I attended school during the day and worked fulltime nights and weekends. As a single parent, I wanted to set an example for my son that through hard work and perseverance, dreams do come true.”

Maureen graduated Cum laude from Russell Sage College in 1987 and then went on to earn her law degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1990. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1991.

Maureen has specialized in Workers’ Compensation Law since 1992. As of 1998, she has represented solely the injured worker. “It has been very gratifying to have helped hundreds of people whose lives have been turned upside down as the result of an unexpected work injury. I was therefore thrilled when invited to join the law firm of Martin, Harding & Mazzotti in August of 2008 since the level of personal commitment to the needs of the client is outstanding.”

Crystle Watts ✧

Crystle WattsCrystle Watts was raised in Middletown, NY. After high school, she attended Orange County Community College and earned an Honors Associate’s degree in Social Science in 2005. She graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.

Crystle went on to study at Albany Law School of Union University. She received the Deans’ Scholarship Award and graduated magna cum laude in 2013. While studying at Albany Law School, Crystle served as a lead articles editor on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Science & Technology. She also participated in the Pro Bono Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, helping low-income individuals prepare and file their tax returns. During her final year of law school, Crystle secured an internship with the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. She worked on appellate review of Workers’ Compensation decisions in the Office of General Counsel, where she gained foundational knowledge of New York’s compensation system.

In 2014, Crystle was admitted to the New York State Bar. She is thankful for the opportunity to turn her legal knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation system into practical benefits for clients who are injured on the job. Crystle takes pride in helping injured workers secure the medical care and compensation to which they are entitled.

A member of the New York State Bar Association and the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, Crystle lives in Columbia County and enjoys hiking, gardening, and cooking.

Sean J. Doolan, Esq. ✧

Sean graduated from Pace University School of Law in 1994. He started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County prosecuting white-collar crimes. He later worked as a DWI Prosecutor in Greene County. He has also worked for an insurance defense firm defending personal injury claims. Sean is of Counsel on select nursing home matters to the Law Offices of Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP®; Fellows, Hymowitz, and Epstein, LLC in Rockland County, NY; and Ferro, Kuba, Mangano, Skylar in New York City. These relationships permit Sean to handle nursing home cases in most counties throughout New York State.

 Sean has recently been honored to co-author a chapter on litigation strategies in the book, Nursing Home Litigation: Investigation and Case Preparation, 2nd Edition, published by Lawyers & Judges Publishing Company. Sean also co-authored a chapter and revised a second chapter in another book for the Lawyers & Judges Publishing Company, Nursing Malpractice, 3d Ed.

 Sean has been a guest lecturer at numerous Nursing Home/Assisted Living Litigation and Negligence seminars. Some of the organizations that he lectured for include: American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC), Lorman Education Services, Professional Education Systems Institute, LLC (PESI), Greene County Department of the Aging, New York State Bar Association, Rockland County Bar Association, and the Albany County Bar Association.

 Sean is a member of the Greene County Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the American Trial Lawyers Association). He is also a member of the Nursing Home Group of the American Association of Justice and a New York based nursing home litigation group of plaintiff attorneys. 

Sean is an active member of his community and volunteers his time as a legal adviser and board member to the Catskill Boxing Gym. Sean is married with a teenage son and resides in Ashland, New York. Sean and his family moved from Bronx County, New York to the mountain top in 1998 after having visited the area for years.
