In 2006, Paul was appointed to serve on New York State’s Commission on Judicial Conduct by the State’s Assembly Minority Leader. As a commission member, he is 1 of 11 members throughout New York State who reviews written complaints of misconduct against judges. The Commission is the governing body that decides whether disciplinary actions are warranted and is responsible for the imposition of sanctions for judicial misconduct.
Paul is on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, an organization comprised of over 4500 members. He also continues to remain an active member of the New York State Bar Association and Albany County Bar Association.
In 2002, Paul was appointed to serve on the Marketing Client Services Committee for the American Association for Justice (AAJ). AAJ is a nationally renowned organization, which focuses on creating a fair and effective court system for injured persons.
The Legal Project is another organization in which Paul has taken an active role. The Legal Project is a private, non-profit organization, which provides a variety of free and low cost legal services to the working poor, victims of domestic violence and other underserved individuals in the Capital Region.
On July 22, 2009 Paul was elected to Schenectady, New York’s Proctors Theater, Board of Directors.
Paul chaired the Marketing & Client Services Committee meeting at the annual American Association for Justice Convention in San Francisco. The convention was held July 25th through the 29th, 2009 in San Francisco.
Paul is married with two children. He enjoys spending time with his family and being a dedicated father.
Victor is actively involved with the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York and serving as board member for the Justice for All campaign. He also serves as a Board Member of the Upstate New York Chapter of the Italian American Bar Association. He also is a member of the Schenectady County Community College Foundation Board.
To further protect the rights of injured persons, Victor serves on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Capital District Affiliate. He is also the past President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Capital District affiliate. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, New York State Bar Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers’ Association, Public Justice Foundation and Albany County Bar Association. He has participated as a speaker for many continuing legal education programs focused on the field of personal injury litigation.

Rosemarie graduated from Cornell in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree. “I was fortunate enough to complete my bachelor’s degree course work in three years, and decided to continue my education by obtaining a law degree before entering the work force.”
Rosemarie graduated from Albany Law School in 1992. While in law school, Rosemarie developed a passion for trial work through the Moot Court program. She represented the school in national competitions winning a Best Oral Advocate award. In 1993, Rosemarie joined the law firm of Roemer & Featherstonhaugh, as an associate in the litigation department. When Victor Mazzotti left Roemer & Featherstonhaugh in 1994 to form the new firm of Martin, Harding, & Mazzotti, LLP ®, he invited Rosemarie to join the firm as a litigation associate. In 2000, Rosemarie became a partner of the firm.
Rosemarie is asked to speak frequently at Continuing Legal Education seminars on subjects such as the New York State Scaffold Law and various aspects of personal injury litigation. Rosemarie is the past President of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association (CDTLA), a not-for-profit corporation with the primary purpose to encourage frequent consultation among its members to promote the profession and to seek to alleviate difficulties that the members may encounter in the course of their practice.
Since her son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, Rosemarie has been actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), the leading private funder of Type 1 diabetes research. She previously served as a Board Member of the Northeastern New York Chapter of JDRF. Through her volunteer work with JDRF, Rosemarie helps increase awareness regarding Type 1 diabetes and provides support to families with children who are diagnosed with the disease. She is also member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, The New York State Bar Association and Albany County Bar Association.

According to Dan, his first position with Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP allowed him to obtain firsthand experience as to the emotional, physical and financial hardships injured persons endure as a result of an unexpected incident and the positive impact of Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP during and after the legal matter concluded.
After working for approximately one year at the firm, Dan decided he wanted to become a lawyer and attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Upon graduating, he remained in Los Angeles and became admitted to practice in California. In Los Angeles, Dan litigated personal injury matters on behalf of injured persons as well as insurance carriers.
In 2006, a position opened in the Case Management Unit of Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP and Dan anxiously returned to New York to join the team. “Upon returning to Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, I was glad to see that they had surpassed the level of legal and personal service of any firm which I had ever been employed.”
Since returning to Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, Dan has also become admitted to practice law in New York, Washington D.C. and Massachusetts. Currently, Dan remains as an attorney in the Case Management Unit whereby he is able to interact with clients throughout and after the conclusion of their legal matters. In addition, Dan has become the supervisor of our Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability Departments.
Dan is also very active in the community. Dan is a board member of the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG). This is a national organization dedicated to representing the interests of millions of workers and their families who suffer the consequences of work related injuries. Also, Dan is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and BNI (Latham Branch). BNI is the largest networking organization in the world.
Dan is also active in local sports. Since 2007, Dan has coached in the Tartan Youth Basketball Program.

After graduating from Boston College in 1977 with a B.S. degree in Biology, Chuck attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Upon completion of law school and passing the Michigan Bar in 1981, he began clerking for a district judge.
In 1982, Chuck joined the District Attorney’s Office in Flint, Michigan where he became one of the felony trial attorneys. In two and a half years, he had over 30 felony convictions, including several murder and manslaughter convictions.
In 1985, Chuck relocated to Albany with his son and wife Jeanne. For the next 16 years, he was engaged in personal injury defense work for the Hartford, Travelers and St. Paul Insurance Companies.
After having been adversaries many times over the years, Victor Mazzotti approached Chuck about joining the firm. Chuck gladly says, “It was the best career decision I have ever made.”
Over the years, Chuck has been active coaching soccer, basketball and T-ball at St. Pius School and in West Albany. He was involved with the Boy Scouts and is a former member of the LaSalle and Holy Names booster clubs.

Dave is a member of the New York Bar Association, the Vermont Bar Association, and the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association. He was a partner at a prominent insurance defense firm before beginning his career in personal injury litigation.
Over the last 20 years, Dave has litigated cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, construction accidents, motorcycle accidents, negligent prescription of drugs, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injuries.

Joe is a 1990 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BA in Economics and a 1993 graduate of Albany Law School. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1994 along with an admission to the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State and Injured Workers’ Bar Associations.
Joe was born in Schenectady, New York. After spending time in Saratoga Springs; Jacksonville, Illinois and Hampton, NH he settled “at home” after graduating from law school. He currently resides in Guilderland, NY with his wife and two sons. Joe is involved with Little League, Cub Scouts and the boys’ music endeavors and enjoys golf and camping.
Angela began practicing in the field of Workers’ Compensation in 2011, working for the Special Funds Conservation Committee. Angela was very excited to join Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP and to have the opportunity to represent injured workers.

Before entering law school Jessica took a year off to volunteer as an advocate for domestic violence victims and work for Hyacinth AIDS Foundation coordinating New Jersey’s efforts to support AIDS Walk NY, one of the largest fundraising walks in the Country.
In 2006, Jessica moved to Albany and started law school at Albany Law. While a student at Albany Law she remained committed to her community. Jessica served as President of the Albany Law School Pro Bono society from September 2007 until her graduation, and also participated in the Albany Law School Family Violence Litigation Clinic where she was admitted under a student practice order and represented victims of domestic violence in family court.
Jessica also maintained high academic honors graduating Cum Laude and becoming a member of the Albany Government Law Review.
During her final year of law school Jessica joined Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP as a legal intern providing legal support to the litigation department. While working as a legal intern, Jessica realized the importance of legal representation for accident victims and discovered a true passion for personal injury litigation.

Brian has been specialized in Workers’ Compensation since 2008, solely representing injured workers. “I find my work extremely rewarding, since I get to protect the rights of people who are displaced from their jobs or require necessary medical treatment. His law career began with a general practice firm in Troy, New York, where he realized that litigation was his calling. In 1996, he took a job as Associate Attorney with the Albany staff counsel office of Travelers Insurance.
When, in 2008, he received a call from Victor Mazzotti to join the firm, the opportunity to work for the firm against whom he had worked so many times was simply too great to pass.
Over the past 18 years, Bob has litigated hundreds of cases involving diverse areas of New York law, including, Labor Law, Premises Liability, Product and Automobile Liability. He has tried cases in many counties throughout New York State.
Bob is a member of the Capital District Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, Vermont as well as the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts in New York.

While attending law school, Craig won the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition, and was selected to represent the law school in an interscholastic advocacy competition in North Carolina. Craig was also picked to work in the Litigation Clinic at Albany Law School, where he successfully represented several members of the community who had been denied unemployment benefits.
Craig was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 2005 and to the United States District Court of New York in June 2007. He was also admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2011.
Craig has been with Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP since he was in law school, working first as a legal intern and then as a full time attorney.
While working for the firm, Craig has handled a variety of personal injury cases from start to finish, obtaining excellent results for his clients. He has tried cases to verdict in both State and Federal Court, but also understands that sometimes the best result for a client can be obtained outside of the courtroom.
Craig is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and the Albany County Bar Association. He also volunteers his time to provide free legal services in Family Court and to persons alleging violations of their civil rights.

Chas began his legal career with the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division’s Third Department, where he drafted decisions for the Appellate Court and clerked in chambers with the Honorable Karen K. Peters. Chas subsequently left the Appellate Division for a position with the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct, where he litigated cases against members of the judiciary who were charged with ethical violations.
When a position at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP became available, Chas eagerly joined the firm, stating that “after working for the state for several years, it feels great to have actual clients, people who I can connect with, relate to and try to help work through their injuries and legal problems.”
Chas enjoys snowboarding in the winter and plays rugby with the Albany Law School Alumni rugby team during the warmer weather.
Peter was admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York in 1991. He was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont in 2005.
Prior to joining the team at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, Peter was the civil litigation partner at a local firm where he concentrated his practice in personal injury litigation, matrimonial and family law. Over the past 23 years, he has litigated hundreds of cases involving diverse areas of New York State law, including, Labor Law, automobile, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Peter has extensive trial experience in both State and Federal Courts.
When offered the opportunity to join the litigation department at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, Peter was eager to join such a reputable team.
Mr. Hickey resides in southern Saratoga County with his wife and three sons. He is active in Halfmoon Youth Baseball where he volunteers as a coach and also sits on its Board of Directors.
Jesse received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2013, with a concentration in Family and Elder law. While in law school, he completed over one hundred pro bono hours, working with attorneys in eviction proceedings, pro se divorce cases, and participating in senior citizen law day. He also represented individuals through the school’s Health Law Clinic in family law proceedings, estate planning, and social security disability matters. Jesse was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2014.
Jesse’s interest in workers’ compensation and health law was formed while interning at an insurance company and working with medical records. He looks forward to growing into this specialized field, and ensuring that injured workers have the opportunity to receive the benefits they deserve.

After graduating law school, Dan worked at a small law firm, engaging in general practice. Dan jumped at the opportunity to join Martin, Harding, and Mazzotti, LLP. Each year, Dan devotes time to helping veterans of the United States Military obtain free legal services during the Veterans Pro Bono event at Albany Law School. He has been involved in this program since starting law school and plans to continue offering advice and counsel to our veterans for years to come.
Dan currently plays rugby in the Capital region and enjoys attending various community events that are offered in the City of Albany.
When Maryanne was offered a position as an attorney in the case management unit at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, she welcomed the opportunity to combine her litigation and negotiation skills with her desire to have direct client contact and to help clients through difficult periods in their lives. Maryanne is very involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, whose mission is to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. She lives in Guilderland with her Husband, Charles R. Maureen graduated Cum laude from Russell Sage College in 1987 and then went on to earn her law degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1990. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1991.

Crystle went on to study at Albany Law School of Union University. She received the Deans’ Scholarship Award and graduated magna cum laude in 2013. While studying at Albany Law School, Crystle served as a lead articles editor on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Science & Technology. She also participated in the Pro Bono Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, helping low-income individuals prepare and file their tax returns. During her final year of law school, Crystle secured an internship with the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. She worked on appellate review of Workers’ Compensation decisions in the Office of General Counsel, where she gained foundational knowledge of New York’s compensation system.
In 2014, Crystle was admitted to the New York State Bar. She is thankful for the opportunity to turn her legal knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation system into practical benefits for clients who are injured on the job. Crystle takes pride in helping injured workers secure the medical care and compensation to which they are entitled.

While in law school, Michael worked for the United States District Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York, where he drafted pleadings and assisted in the prosecution of pending federal criminal and civil cases. Michael also completed an internship with the City of Albany’s Law Department, helping to defend the City against various tort claims and appearing in City court for Albany ordinance violations.
Additionally, Michael served as the Executive Editor for Symposium for the Albany Law Review. He also was honored to win the distinction of best oral advocate for the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition and was selected to represent the law school in a national moot court competition in Virginia.
When the opportunity to begin his legal career at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP became available, Michael gladly joined the firm as it was a great fit for Michael’s experience and passion to help people—especially in times when people need an advocate most to protect their rights.
