If you have had hip surgery since July 2003 and you’ve received one of the DePuy hip systems, you may be entitled to money damages above and beyond your new medical expenses.
Patients who have received the DePuy hip systems have experienced pain and swelling in the hip area, and problems walking. Even if you are not experiencing symptoms, your device may still be recalled. There is no charge for us to review your case, so call us today to find out your rights.
Additional Hip Replacement System Recall
The following list contains additional hip replacement systems that have also been recalled:
- Stryker Rejuvenate
- Stryker ABG Modular - Neck Hip Stems
Stryker Rejuvenate and Stryker ABG Modular – Neck Hip Stems were recalled in July 2012. These systems have been associated with premature loosening and the release of toxic metals into patients.
