Motor Vehicle Accident

Our client was struck by a left-turning vehicle, spinning her car across the roadway. The crash caused a full-thickness shoulder tear requiring replacement surgery. We proved sole liability, established the injury was crash-related and non-degenerative, and recovered the full policy.

Samantha was born and raised in Plymouth, Massachusetts. She graduated from Bridgewater State University Cum Laude and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. She attended law school at New England Law | Boston, where she earned her Juris Doctor. Soon after, she moved to Troy, New York, where she currently lives. She is currently admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts.
