I had a personal injury case. I was coming home from work and I was hit by a tractor trailer. I tore my rotator cuff on my right shoulder. I am a EMT firefighter so I was unable to perform my duties until just a month ago. The pain was extremely intense. I had to have surgery.  It was a relief to get my case settled. My husband suffered a severe hip injury when he fell in our neighbor’s icy driveway. The driveway had not been sanded all season and was covered with a thick coating of ice. The result of the fall was a badly broken hip which required immediate replacement of the joint. He was extremely understanding of the situation and offered to come to our home to meet with Robert as soon as he was discharged from the hospital. As promised, Dave came to our house the following day and spent some time with us going over the details of the incident and explaining our options. At this point, the insurance carrier for our neighbor had already contacted us and was pressuring us for a signed release. Mr. Pollock took over immediately and handled all contact with them from that point forward. This relieved us from all the complications involved with the case. In less than a year, a very satisfactory agreement was reached negotiated by David Pollock. All medical expenses were reimbursed and a sizeable settlement was offered and accepted without the need to go to court. During this process, David and his staff were always friendly, polite and understanding. We were always able to contact and speak to David either immediately or on the same day we reached out to him. M,H and M lived up to all of their advertising on the media. We are very grateful we made that call!

If a business has the ability to give back to the community then I believe they also have the responsibility to giving back to the community. No business does more to give back to the community than Harding Mazzotti. The one thing that most people know about is the free cab rides during holidays, which is incredibly generous and responsible, but they also support over 200 local businesses and organizations. Their support of local youth organizations is tremendous and I can personally say, much appreciated.

It’s not just the firm that supports the community, the individual employees do as well. One employee in particular is a Paralegal at the firm, Jenna McPhail. Jenna has been involved with the Schenectady County Community College’s Paralegal program for years. Every year she volunteers to come to the college and speak to paralegal students about the paralegal profession. She offers support, encouragement and career advice to the students and she also works with the professors to help grow the program. She is passionate about her profession and it shows.

My family and I were rear ended on Hoosick street. My wife and I were hurt pretty badly and one of the first people I called was Harding & Mazzotti. I had the wonderful pleasure of working with a Charles Farcher. Charles walked me through the ins and outs of the litigations and steps involved with our lawsuits. He fought for every penny we received and really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and feel like family.
