Danielle is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she received bachelor’s degrees in psychology and political science. Thereafter, she attended the University of Buffalo School of Law.

Prior to joining Harding Mazzotti, LLP, Danielle was a partner at an Albany defense firm, where she worked for over 15 years litigating bodily injury cases. She has handled cases in various fields including nursing home, dental and medical malpractice, products liability, labor law, premises liability and motor vehicle negligence. She has successfully argued before the Third and Fourth Appellate Departments of New York on numerous occasions and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
