- Managing partner Paul Harding was appointed to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct in 2006 and served as Vice Chair from 2016 to 2021. - Founding partner Victor Mazzotti has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers list for eight consecutive years. He has been recognized multiple times as a U.S. News & World Report Best Lawyer in America and was named a Top-Rated Personal Injury Attorney by Super Lawyers in 2021.
- Partner Rosemarie Riddell Bogdan has been judicially appointed to multiple leadership positions in national product liability cases for her experience in defective drugs and medical devices.

History of the Firm
Over 30 years ago, Bruce L. Martin, Paul B. Harding, and Victor L. Mazzotti formed Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, a personal injury law firm with multiple locations throughout New York and Vermont. For decades, the Heavy Hitters® have been dedicated solely to representing injured persons.
In 1999, Rosemarie Bogdan became the firm’s fourth partner. She now heads the firm’s mass tort division, taking on some of the largest corporations in the world to ensure those harmed by defective medical devices or defective drugs have a voice.
Following Founding Partner Bruce Martin’s retirement in 2008, the firm continued to expand. In 2023, we became Harding Mazzotti, LLP to reflect our current leadership while carrying the Heavy Hitters® legacy forward.
