Starting an Injury Case
Once you decide to hire Harding Mazzotti, we make a claim for the injuries and damages you suffered from the accident.
One of the first initial steps is to ascertain the full scope of a client’s injuries. To do that, the injured party must get medical treatment.
After conferring with doctors about the severity of your injuries and recovery time, then the case can be properly evaluated.
If the case cannot be settled with the other party’s insurance company, it may be presented to a jurty to determine who is at fault for the accident, and the amount of monetary damages to be awarded.
