Elijah is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo where he received a Bachelor’s degree in History. Thereafter, he attended Albany Law School receiving a Juris Doctor in 2014 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2015. Elijah was also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern district in 2015.

Prior to joining Harding Mazzotti, LLP, Elijah worked as an associate attorney for a personal injury defense firm where he litigated cases in both state and federal court. Elijah has argued before the Appellate Division Third Department and has litigated a variety of cases including labor law, premises liability, automobile liability and insurance coverage cases throughout New York State.

Elijah is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and the Albany County Bar Association.
