Justin Myers is a lifelong resident of Upstate New York and a magna cum laude graduate of the University at Albany. He received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2007 and was admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States District Court for Northern District of New York in 2008.

Justin has extensive experience handling matters before New York State Supreme Courts throughout the Capital Region, and the bankruptcy courts of the Northern District of New York. Justin has argued appeals before the NYS Supreme Court Third Department and the Suffolk County District Court. Justin eagerly seizes opportunities to apply his experience, patience and compassion for helping those in dire need to Harding Mazzotti’s clientele.

Prior to joining Harding Mazzotti, LLP, Justin served as a Clinical Graduate Fellow with the Law Clinic & Justice Center of Albany Law School representing children and adults with developmental disabilities, and as an Associate Attorney with a local boutique law firm concentrating his practice in the fields of consumer bankruptcy and foreclosure defense.

Justin regularly volunteers his time at The Legal Project, Inc. counselling pro bono clients, and in 2019 was honored by with the Kurt Clobridge Memorial Award for Pro Bono Service. From 2016 – 2018, he was elected by his peers to serve as the President of the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association.

When not at the office, Justin enjoys playing soccer, hiking, camping and spending time with his family.
