Alexander Nee

Attorney
Admitted in Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Alexander Nee graduated from Gordon College with a degree in Political Science and Pre-Law. He spent the next few years working for federal and municipal governments before deciding to advance his career through law school. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, where he worked for a legal clinic and was the initial drafter and editor for a document that would go on to become the bylaws for the regional chamber of commerce, served as the President of ILSA and the UMass JESSUP division, and served as an editor on law review for the better part of a semester. He is currently licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Attorney Nee started working in personal injury at the start of the COVID pandemic and trained under Anthony Facchini of Facchini & Facchini before taking a job at Morgan & Morgan. While there, he handled a case load of over five hundred clients and was able to successfully negotiate five and six figure settlements regularly. He brings a special set of skills ranging from pre-litigation to litigation work and has worked with small, large, and medium sized firms. He approaches situations looking for win-win solutions, while maximizing his clients’ financial and medical recovery.

When not fighting for his clients and practicing law, Attorney Nee enjoys all the outdoors opportunities the Berkshires offers. He also likes to spend time with his nephew when he is in town.
