Sean is lifelong resident of the capital region, receiving his bachelor’s degree cum laude from Siena College in 1998, majoring in Political Science. He received his juris doctor degree cum laude from Albany Law School in 2001, where he was an Associate Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology and selected as a national member of Order of the Barristers. Sean was admitted to the New York State Bar and the Northern District of New York in 2002.
Prior to joining Harding Mazzotti, LLP, Sean spent over twenty years working for a large insurance company defending personal injury cases on behalf of individuals, business and large multinational corporations. Eventually rising to an attorney of record, he was designated to handle the largest complex losses and catastrophic personal injury cases. In that role, Sean learned how insurance companies handle cases as well as the strategies they utilize to reduce payouts to those who are injured.
Sean has litigated countless cases throughout upstate New York and has tried cases to verdict in in the Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Judicial Districts. He has broad experience in the field of personal injury, construction accidents, Labor Law liability, premises liability, product liability, commercial vehicle accidents, and automobile accidents.
Sean joined Harding Mazzotti, LLP in 2024 so he could use his experience and knowledge to help injured people obtain justice for what was taken from them as a result of the negligence of others.
When he is not in the office Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
