They have also been generous in providing meals for local first responders, and the Hoosick Falls Central School District’s lunch delivery program during these difficult times. Local, free delivery and contact-free curbside pickup are available from their Troy Taproom, Wednesday through Saturday from 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. Simply call 518-273-2337 to place your order.

Their Walloomsac Taproom is operating Thursday through Saturday from 12 p.m. – 8 p.m., and ordering from there can be done entirely online. Visit brownsbrewing.com for the current menu including weekly family-style dishes, daily beer specials, and more.

At Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, we have been working on a project called The Spirit of the Capital Region (SOTCR). It’s a video series featuring the many local businesses, events, and charities that those in our area can be proud of. We were set to premiere the series, but due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to take the project in a different direction. Now, we will feature a local small business or organization in a short video blog on weekdays to get the word out about what they are currently offering, and how we as a community can support them (while practicing the recommended social distancing).

During this difficult time, they have also lent a hand by delivering meals to local first responders. Brown’s Troy taproom has delivered meals to Samaritan Hospital’s ER, ICU and PCU, as well as the Troy Fire Department.

And the Walloomsac taproom has made weekly food donations to Hoosick Falls Central School District’s lunch delivery program.
