Project Description
Gina M. Spadaro
My name is Gina Spadaro, and I’m the supervising attorney of the Worker’s Compensation Department at Martin, Harding, and Mazzotti.
My favorite superhero would be my mother. She doesn’t wear a cape, but I have to say that she is the most compassionate, dependable, loyal, and caring person I know.
Martin, Harding, and Mazzotti absolutely has a family environment feel and that is one the things that I absolutely love about the firm. No matter how big we are, we actually feel and care for one another. And there’s that sense of comradery amongst whether you’re an attorney, a paralegal, a legal assistant. There’s that feeling that everyone is working for the common goal of our clients and that’s actually really what drew me to come to Martin, Harding, and Mazzotti, is that sense of family because that is something that is very important to me. And I feel that at the firm, not only do we care about one another, but we actually care about the community and what we do for the community. And we like to show our commitment to the community and to our clients.
I truly believe that I’m a very detail oriented person. I think in this job, you have to be in order to make sure that all of your forms are filed on time and to make sure that everything goes along smoothly for our clients cases. And I think that when we’re dealing with the clients, they’re at the worst part of their lives and they’ve been injured, and we are the people that they go to for help. And I think just listening and really connecting with them and taking that time to hear their story and to understand where they’re coming from because I feel that when you connect with your client, there’s really a relationship you develop with them. And I think that that’s the most important because they have to trust you, and they have to feel comfortable in representing them in a place in their life when they really need help.
